I moved in as a add-on to an existing lease. I was told that there was no towing company for the next few weeks and I will be notified and given a parking permit when they decide on a towing company.

After a few weeks I step out of my apartment on a sunday evening and found my car missing! The morons had towed my car and I left several messages at the emergency contact. The guy who returned the call did not know which towing company had towed my car. It was pathetic.

The next day I went to the office and found that they blamed my roomate for the towing of my car. We never received any notice regarding the towing company.

The whole thing smells like an organized crime. They hire illegal immigrants to work on the roof. One of them had forgotten to take his personal items and he had taken a ladder and climbed to the top of the roof at night. Someone had called the cops and they had sent a notice regarding this incident saying that they will not work with that contractor.

Basically the attitude of the staff in this apartment is very bad.
