Whatever you do, do not move here. The maintenance is terrible. When they come in to fix something, they always leave their trash behind. And they have been known to forget to lock your door after they leave. I needed my toilet fixed and all they did was put the toilet seat on the front door. The toilet seat wasnt even broken. The appliances are terrible. All three appliances are a different color. When they show you the model, that is not what your apt will look like. Also the washer and dryer is so old, one is white and the other is yellow, The dryer has to be run 4 times before the clothes are dried. Everytime I needed to go to the office for a temp parking tag the manager (mike) looked so high, his eyes were blood shot with dark circles and he was too hyper. That girl that was there before (nicky) would tell residents things that were very inappropriate. The other girl was jewl, she was nice and honest. Right now there are only two people in the office, gino and mike. Mike is the manager and he is the one that looks cooked all the time. The maintenance is the worst. There is one and his name is Marco and he is the worst ever. He doesnt know what he is doing and he will lie right to your face and tell you he did something when he really didnt. So just a word of advice DONT LIVE HERE!!!! Save yourself the stress. This place is HELL!!!

I have to defend Marco, the maintenance guy. I have had such a hard time with the management office but Marco has always been super responsive and gone the extra mile for us. When stuff goes wrong, which seems to happen a lot here, you can count on him to make sure that it is taken care of in timley manner. If it takes a while, it is more because of poor construction of the unit, not a lack of knowledge or responsivness from the maintenance crew. They are just swamped with all the stuff they have to keep up with.
