I've lived here for a little bit over a year. Reading all of these reviews does not do the community any justice. The people that give bad reviews probably are problem residents and just want something to complain about. You are renting an apartment! Things break, maintenance fixes it in a reasonable time frame. They may not do the best job at fixing it, but really... how much are you paying for your rent'' Pest control... it isn't managements fault the residents are nasty and can't clean up after themselves. If you have a problem, have pest control come out and problem solved. The parking situation does suck, you only get one visitor pass and they DO tow. But it's probably because if you get home after midnight you have to park halfway around the community, and parking has to be regulated somehow. The apartments are in a fantastic location, and the rents are reasonable. If I weren't buying after my lease is up, I would renew.
