Pricy, but good service and location

Fair Oaks in Fairfax county is an expensive proposition. If you can get a "special", this complex is actually not such a bad price. Otherwise, forget it. They charge you $200-300 in reservation fees which is a real turn off. You're required to give 60 rather than 30 days notice of intention to vacate at the end of your year lease. The playground is pathetically small and the pool closes at 8pm! No night swimming allowed.
Otherwise, the service has been good. Lots of nice folks, some with families too. It takes 1 hour to mass transit to DC.
