The apartments themselves are nice... spacious, nicely laid-out and calm. Rent is average. The lady at office is not so cooperative. Maintenance is in general on time and helpful.
Parking is real pain with permit parking and towing enforced after midnight. Not enough parking spots available. Community is working-class, many from spanish and Indian background. I have seen cops at the place frequently, but I personally am not affected. Bug problem is there, and maintenance has helped us to exterminate cockroaches. They never returned back.
There are squirrel problems and such. Snow is cleaned promptly.
Overall, nice bang for buck.
