In a place where the apartments are extremely pricey and tiny, the apartments here at Fiarfax Circle Villa are very large and spacious. There is a big glass sliding door with an expanisive view and depending upon where you live in the complex this brings in much sun and moonlight. One drawback though is the draftiness which inflates the electricity bill in the winter ( I have never had an electric bill so high before). But all utilities are included except electric.
There is an abundance of hispanic male laborers around walking and hanging out till the wee hours of the night. Which can be unsettling to the lone woman working late and walking at night. I have never had a problem with them and they have been very courteous. Though they may flirt with you and stare. LOL.
