Very Bad Place in Circle Area

The rooms has almost no renovation when you move in. The carpet is dirty and the wall is oily. In addition, the windows are too small. So, it is very dark inside the room
Since it's close to the street, it's very noisey even at night. You can listen to your neighbor's talking very easily.
The rental office has two very rude and freaky guys. They will ask you to pay the application fee and deposite first. But, they will not give you the apartment to the end. So, NO INTEGRITY AT ALL!!!
This apartment deserve my lowest rate!!!

I agree to this. The Apt are very very old. The leasing office staff is least cooperative. They are so mean to the tennants. They refused to accept my UPS package when I was at work. I am waiting for my lease to get over to get out of there. |
