I woould never recommend anyone to pick this apartment. There are two freeky guys at the leasing office. They are very rough especially the lady over there. You will be having lots of unwanted visiters. I complained several times regarding the roaches but everyday morning when I wake up and see this roaches running here and there I gets mad. There is no fixed parking spot for the tennants. If you come late in evening will have to find your luck to get a place near to your building. There are a lot of hispanic male laborers around walking and hanging out till the late hours of the night but no problem reported from any late working woman so far except some flirting attempt and high volume hispanic songs from their car. You can see some empty beer bottles thrown here and there at the the parking lots in the morning. The apartments are very old. There is no sliding or rack bolt which we can bolt from inside. One time the repair guy just opened from outside without even knocking. I was taking shower. Though they demands big rooms but very noisy everywhere and bad plumbing. In the mid night you will here the waterfall noice when your neighbour goes to bath room some times even hear snoring as the walls are very thin. There is only one guy who comes and fixes but he is working another full time job. You have to be in the line to get something fixed.

Few good stuff: There is a kids play area and swimming pool. The kids pool seems to be closed forever. The rent is arround 50$ less than the nearest apartments close by. There is a cue bus stop in front of the apt building to vienna metro or a 20 minite walkable distance to metro. Think again before getting into this apartment.
