horrible customer service the people who work in leasing office are very rude and talk very ghetto not professional and yes im talking about the girl who is always on her cell and the accounting guy who's name is fred who claims he's the owner. All friends and family who use to live there moved because they want them to pay rent for all the roaches they have.

I find it troubling when tenants use this rating tool in a manner that it is not intended for. The truth behind this tenant's review is that I refused to honor a second company check from (Circle Pizza Inc.) that was signed by Cindy Azzey on behalf of the Zaqzouz family rent that was returned do to "insufficient funds". If not honoring checks by residents that don't have the funds for payment results in horrible customer service then I am truly sorry Cindy. In the future don't build your review based on the other reviews you read on this site. I remain FRED.
