BED BUG INFESTATIONS, RATS, AND ASSAULT

Really didn't think I could add much else here, but if you don't mind the possible threat of assault by management staff and bed bug infestations, just exercise generous caution at your own risk.*** /the convenience of the location is great if you can get over all the negative factors. I've lived there for over a year now. I've asked to get a couple of things repaired that were initially broken and was never taken care of. They use bathfitters over the tub and shower of the previous tenants that live in the units. as a result, rust and gunk seep out from its pores on the top and middle. if you don't see it now, it will eventually rot and seep itself out. their maintenance staff are extremely nosey. They go into your apartments without management notifying you, probably because they don't even know half the time. We've had a couple of things mysteriously stolen. When they get caught having been accused of going to your apt when you're at work they make up a BS maintenance problem they had to work on. In a couple of cases like that, we never had the mentioned problem, and then it mysteriously appears after they had been there. THe management is Horrible, if you EVER bring up something they need to take care of or mention half of anything, their manager (male with glasses in his late fifties) interrupts you without even let you finish talking, extrememly rude, insisted on denying responsiblity for anything, and is a NIGHTMARE to deal with.*** If he characteristically wants to avoid an issue further, he'll catch you off guard with a punch to your face. After already losing touch with reality he might even knock you down with his overbearing weight; so be careful if you have back problems. At that point, a surprised and embarassed maintenance staff will assist you with pulling him off and holding him back. Document everything because he will veritably, again, deny what happened (this actually happened and will most likely make a nice addition to his probable criminal record)/
There used to be a really nice assistant a while ago, but she probably left for obvious reasons. So don't expect to get any help from the other drone they employed as a replacement. Since problems with the maintenance staff, and some neighbors we had to repeatedly have to call the cops on for blasting their annoying spanish music at ungodly hours, we've since had two broken windows in our car and a flat tire. I don't know if that was just convenient or a coincidence. Also there's a good chance at some point you'll get an infestation problem of some sort. It probably doesn't help that there are a lot of people that move in and out of the building you occupy. The management will most likely blame you for the infestation and try to charge you for all the costs of termination. which also means you'll have to go through the trouble of contacting the fairfax county, submitting a complaint, and then get in touch with the health dept and have one of their own inspectors come out and go through the trouble of then making the management pay for it like they're supposed to. All while you go through the extrememly tedious procedure of throwing away a good portion of you belongings and sanitizing the hell out of everything else before you move out and put everything behind you. SO, if you can get over the good possibility of any one or more of those things happening to you, then by all means check it out, But quite honestly its really not worth the stress. I'm sure that this is not the case for every tenant either, but I don't see why you would want to take the chance to find out if you get lucky enough to experience a marginally tolerable place to live. I can definitely see why they have so many people move in and out of this place. I'm pretty sure they'll probably be some opposing reviews on here, but I would not put it past the management as shady as they are to post up anonymous as well and personal favorable responses.

This review looks like a cut and paste from a previous review that you submitted. The response date is prior to the posting date. I gave you a little more credit than this Joseph Irek Jr. Need to say no thank you to the drugs you smoke. Did we forget about the police response to your unit. When writing reviews one inaccuracy deminsihes the total OPINION. I hope you don't challenge me to point out your many fallacious remarks in this reveiw. The correct word is "extermination" not termiation smart guy. How are you kids getting educated these days. Proof read before you forward things.

Cut and paste is a useful computer tool that you might have stumbled upon which us helpful in editing. For example, making it easier to update something such as this review. I shouldn't be suprised that you never fail to create progressively more incredible problems to elaborate on. You're really on a roll there. Not only are you also implicating yourself as the manager and posting my whole name online, but you're accusing me with something I've never been charged with before. Which is funny because not only are you now liable for libel, but you yourself have been charged with something. I might be in denial too, If I was facing assault and battery after beating a tenant. You would know more about police than I could ever want to; they paid you a visit after that incident didn't they? Notice I didn't mention your name, but then again I don't have to. Where I work, we help people get and feel better, not make their lives infinitely more difficult than they already might be. In any profession the latter is at least a requirement. I am constantly amazed at how much you love to overdue yourself. Why bother mentioning me mispelling one word over several paragraphs, when you BEAT me again, Dropping one (did you really mean to mispell "deminsihes")in your first and hopefully only desperate one paragraph response. How credible do you think it looks when you just contradicted EVERYTHING you said? It's a little strange and sad really, when the biggest smile I've seen you wear is while sitting on top of me after knocking me over and gloating about being a big old "man," and referring to me as a kid. Roleplaying? Really? is that what gets you excited? What you do on your own time is your business I guess, but unfortunately what you do at work has consequences. I guess at your age, thats how you find as little sick joy as you can muster. With your apparent affinity for kids, I'm suprised at your perception of them and their education today, when you just got schooled. Are you still smiling? ...by the way, are you going to start charging tenants for the rat problem you have? they're crawling through the air ducts at night and its sounds pretty bad. If you decide to make it look any worse for yourself you can mention how I accidentally wrote "us" in the first sentence of this response, and meant to put "is." Also any part of this is applicable and could most certaintly be "cut and pasted" to the original posting of this review.

This complex is completely nasty. We used to have a good group of people, but now I wonder how much worse it can get. The office never mentioned anything about the apartments that were broken into,and just the other day, a little girl got molested in one of the building stairwells. It is management's responsibility to notify the tenants, so they can be more cautious about letting their kids go out to play. Everyone here heard about it only from word of mouth. Management also hasn't told anyone that there is a registered sex offender living in this complex. I guess they will take anyone who has money. And, just in the event that other people do read these reviews, I have heard they are installing gas lines with individual meters to all apartments. Just one more way to get money out of someone. Gee, its almost as though this complex will become condos. I don't want to say any more, don't wanna get knocked out and get my ear bit off by "Mike Tyson" who is NOT the property manager, just the bookkeeper. It says so on his desk on a placard.

"WORD OF MOUTH" Initiates false or incomplete information! Any VALID concern(s) any resident have are addressed honestly by me. I do it everyday. Obviously you are not one of the many residents with an iquiry since you placed this anonymous blog. (OPINION). Let me give you the facts. You are absolutely correct in reference to your statement about the break ins. From my position I desire to do it in a manner where it doesn't cause much of an alarm. Are you aware that there were arrest made? Have you observed more frequent premise checks by the County Police? Are you aware that there is and always have been an armed security patrol (Wackenhut) Weekdays 10p -4a and Weekends 11p - 5a. A report is given to the office at the end of every shift. In reference to the "Molestation" that occured which troubled me the most. I will address that concern with the County Police district commander. The police didn't notify this office of the incident. I found out from Fox News the next afternooon. I gathered the information from the tenant to find out who this pervert was. THE INCIDENT DID NOT HAPPEN IN THE STAIRWELL AS YOU STATED IT HAPPENED IN THE PLAYGROUND AREA. IT WAS TWO LITTLE GIRLS THIS DIRT BAG ATTEMPTED TO MESS WITH!!!!WE, MYSELF AND THE TWO GIRLS MOTHERS AND GRANDMOTHER CAUGHT THE MAN AND HELD HIM UNTIL THE POLICE ARRIVED. That was the reason why Fox News was on the property on 5/22/09 (Friday). Once again you assumed wrong. In reference to your statement about sex offenders. Every applicant is screened the same way YOU were screened when you applied. Sex offender checks are conducted on applicants. My responsibility is to MINIMIZE an applicant from slipping into this community. Apparently you have internet access there is a national sex offender registry that gives the picture and location of every REGISTERED sex offender by each quadrant area of the United States. In the case of the man that was arrested he lived with a tenant on this property. I have no control over who residents let live in there units unless I am informed. Accordingly, the resident will be demanded to vacate. For the ten (10) years I have been here SERIOUS crimes have been minimal. If you have problems beleiving that it is a matter of public record. Contrary to your belief I am not desparate to allow ANY TENANT to reside here that doesn't qualify. Your next fallacy. I have a load of rejected applications. You probably should have called me before you pressed send on this statement. Washington Gas is in the process of TAKING OVER THE MASTER METER. At the present time Fairfax Circle Villa, which I am certified by the SCC in the state of Virginia, is responsible to supply natural gas to each residence. Once again you are wrong with your information. That is the reason for the construction on the property, it is taking a little longer than was proposed. THIS COMPLEX WILL NOT BE CONVERTED TO CONDOS. If you would iquire to the office you will get the facts. I am not a cannibal. Now to suppress this misconception. There are 330 units on this complex. 25 are unoccupied. Tenants move out because they are unhappy, I can't make every tenant happy. That is unrealistic. I wouldn't attempt to try. Tenants relocated, tenants are loosing their source of incomes. It is called turnover which is normal in this industry. Within these 25 blogs half are negative. within the negative blogs a portion of those are written by the same person. To verify the clown that wrote this one. He periodically changes the date and the subject. The original blog was posted a year ago. He no longer lives here. Note the chronology of dates for responses. To keep crime down it takes a joint effort by residents and management. I can only address concerns that are bought to my attention. If you read my business card you will see that I have a dual role and the professional designation after my name certifies me as the manager.
