From the outside the buildings don't look particularly spectacular but the inside of the apartment is open and full of light and some (like mine) have hardwood floors throughout.

Also there is plenty of closet space and each apartment gets a storage cage on the bottom floor of the building.

There is a big balcony and many have new kitchens and bathrooms.
