Overall I've been pleased with our experience. There are definitely pros and cons and this certainly is no luxury apartment complex. I saw some complaints about the staff. But we've found that if you treat them with respect, they return the favor.
Apartment pros:
-wood floors
-open floor plan
-much nicer looking inside than outside
-good sized balcony
-appliances that work well
-large windows
-storage units
-nice sized bedrooms
-indoor mail boxes
Apartment cons:
-ugly outside
-old, drafty windows
-small kitchens
-you can hear your neighbors a little too well
-grounds are not very nice
Honestly, if you want low rent, this is one of the nicest places you're going to get for dirt cheap.
