Gainsborough Court Not Worth It

-Office Staff is generally rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Not much regard for the tenants and don't know their own policies.
-Rent has gone up to almost $1200 from $980 for a small 2BR/1BA apartment. You can find better deals in newer apartments in Fair Oaks. Not worth it to pay $1200 for a place that doesn't have a gym, clubhouse or any parking.
-Parking is horrible, no place to park late at night and no visitor spots.
-Apartments are old, run-down, and appliances are ancient. The washer/dryer is located in a bedroom!
