I've lived here for a little over a year. Price is competitive for the area, but you could probably find someplace cheaper if you looked around. Location is good - a grocery store and a 7/11 are right down the street. There is a Metro and a Fairfax bus stop right here that take you to the Vienna Metro station. I live on the 3rd floor and very rarely do I hear neighbors except for the occasional plumbing noise. Maintenance requests have been promptly answered and you can fill out a request online. I have lived in Dolly Madison in McLean and Willow Run in Alexandria and this is a better complex then both of them. (although both were closer to DC)
