Gainsborough Court Apartments is by far the worst place to live. Here are some reasons:
1. they are never outright personable and upfront with you ex. when first inquiring about living in their complex my three friends and i all under 30 were treated with much disrespect, upon finding out our incomes, they offered us drinks, and turned a 180.
2. payment amounts and due dates, they say rent can be received no later than the 5th of the month, however they will fine you if you do pay on the 5th
3. when you have a concern about electronics or something not working correctly, no responds, gives care or service.
4. upon moving out they ask for mutliple fees never agreed written down or aforementioned
5. they basically snake you out of your security deposit. don't expect it back.

overall this is not a place to live unless you have other choices. i am not the only resident who had many problems with this company and their complex. do not expect to be treated kindly or with any straight foward proffessionalism either. those who work there will ignore you, talk down to you and show no respect. stay away and find another place. not worth the location or the price
