I just started work in Fairfax from out of state. I found GC and thought the location and amenities just right. Getting around is convenient- I can walk, bike or drive for shopping, personal services and work. Neighbors have been pleasant and the staff responsive and helpful. The appliances and fixtures are new or relatively new and there is ample storage/closets. The apts have a mix of hardwood floors and carpeting. Unfortunately, mine is all carpeted. I like the washer/dryer in the bedroom. But I do not like the single, awkwardly located cable tv connection and thermostat location- both are half way up the middle of a wall.

This review is a "work in progress" since I have been there for about a month. So far, so good.

I am into my third lease and my experience at Gainsborough Court continues to be quite good!

Just the location is good, everything else is "Zero"!!!!!
