Each year, A.J. Dwoskin & Associates hires an independent firm, SatisFacts Research, to randomly survey a percentage of the residents at each apartment community. I am thrilled to announce that in the 2007 survey, 92% of the residents surveyed stated they would recommend Gainsborough Court to a friend.

In the past year, we added a new playground in the courtyard area. The management team is constantly striving to make improvements to the community.

Not often does a resident satisfied with their apartment seek out a website to post a positive comment or compliment. This website can be a bulletin board for disgruntled residents who are few and far between. When reading this website, please consider that the best indicator of the professional management of an apartment community is the overall opinion of its residents. The results of the 2007 annual resident survey speak volumes about how satisfied the residents are at Gainsborough Court.
