DO NOT rent here. There are plenty of better rentals around the neighborhood. The service is next to horrible. The staff very nice when you go in trying to buy. Not nice at all if you are trying to do anything else.
Like someone else said earlier do read the fine lines in the contract. Things like when you break a lease they tell you its 2 months rent that you have to pay. But in actuality its 4 months cos they like a 60 day notice for which you are also responsible for. So be very very careful if you are really signing with these guys. My advise though is DO NOT.
