Apartment living is not always great, but overall we have really enjoyed living here. Aside from the occasional noisy neighbor (who likes to start his motorcycle at 7:00am on a Saturday morning)we've found the complex quiet.

We have had some issues with maintenance staff not responding in a timely fashion (even after several calls). Our carpet was nasty when we moved in and it took nearly a month for the cleaners to return and steam clean the carpet.

Parking is ample (at least on our street) and the only parking problems I faced were during the snow storm.

As for the rent prices, I find this complex to be very reasonable. They often have rent specials and we got in with a great rate.

I would recommend this location to someone looking for an alternative apartment complex. The townhouse style apartments give you more space and makes it feel more like a home.
