falling apart but being patched up for sale

The gates at fair lakes could not be a worse deal, the location is great but the condo's theselves are falling apart because the construction materials were so cheap. No hot water no maitinence heat goes out all the time becaue the system is not good. EXTREMELY RUDE people in the office, Paper thin walls and ZERO snow removal. If you can afford this you can afford better right around the corner.
