I see a lot of negative comments on this page. I bought in July, and while it took a while to get everything completely 100% set, my place is perfect now. Management has changed, and we are electing a condo board to help us. Also, they installed brand new double-hung windows, and are installing brand new hot water heaters. parking is excellent, especially if you have a garage and driveway.
