The two main maintenance guys are very nice, however the management and everything else is horrible. We experienced leaks in different places all over our ceiling. It took forever to send someone over to fix. Also the window leaked and got my stuff wet, and water soaked up from under the apartment and ruined my roommates closet which had to be torn apart. It took forever to fix and mold grew. We also had ants everywhere and even after the exterminator came they still came back. We were also placed in a very undesireable, unsecure location in which our apartment was broken into twice. Not very well lighted, and a lot of dangerous nooks and crannies for burglars to hide in. They keep storage doors open and easily accessible for burglars to hide in. Anyone can come and go as they please, anyone can park there making it very unsecure. Management was unhelpful when we wanted to get out of the lease early because of the break-ins. We were ordered by the police to move due to unsafe conditions and they were still hard to work with!!!! We are getting a lawyer involved. Dont live there!!!!
