I will have to say that i am surprised by what i have read in the other postings on this site. I have lived at the Hermitage for the past 5 years and have imensly enjoyed my stay here.

I, unlike other people, realize this is apartment living and no where is going to be perfect. The maintenance staff has always been curteous and efficient. They handle all my problems (which i hardly have any) in a timely mannor. The young ladies in the office always treat my wife and I like we are part of their family.

As far as the "break ins"' (') and the "mold" (') neither I or any one of my neighbors for the past 5 years have experienced such situations. I hope to live at The Hermitage for many years to come....as long as they still have those cookies :)
