Yep, ants appeared within 2 days of movein. No problem, though, because there's an exterminator who "baits" EVERY Thursday. Great. Upon putting food in our "pantry" I found, I kid you not, about 20 dead ants PAINTED over on the wall! They were in the paint! Come on!

After 5 complaints about ants, we quit trying and implemented our own methods, which finally helped, however, the roaches then arrived. Honestly, ants in winter and spring and roaches in summer and fall. I'm stymied. So, the roaches arrive, and again, they're baited, but they never disappear...and I'm a neat freak, so there are no crumbs around to eat. I have no idea what they lived on, but every time I turned on the stove, I stood ready to kill a few roaches that sprinted out.

FINALLY, the mold. It grew on two walls, and around my window frames. It may have already been on the frames because I noticed it right after moving in.
