I've lived here for a number of years and have had excellent service from both the maintenance and office staffs. The apartment is large and has a huge amount of closet and storage space. This is the only quiet place in the area that I've lived. Although they raise the rent every year, you get a substantial discount for renewing so it doesn't wind up costing too much more.

Management keeps the grounds in excellent condition, always upgrading, repaving, repainting, replanting, etc. The stairwells need some upgrading, however.

Parking can be a problem if you get home late at night. However, recently it seems to have improved somewhat.

Every possible store you can think of is in the immediate area or very close by. But traffic can be a killer, especially on weekends.

I'm also aware of the occasional car getting broken into in the parking lot. But this happens absolutely everywhere you go--large apartment complexes are a magnet for thieves.

All in all, a really nice place to live.
