As an outsider, I thought in "Saftey Is Thier Last Concern"- when someone wrote >
" Do not trust the positive comments that you see here..they are written by the management company who think cookies are a selling point for an apartment", was over the top, man was I wrong. Honestly, once you write a review, good or bad, the office already knows. Yes, they will contact you, and ask where you live and how they intend to "fix" things is there's anything wrong. Heck, I know someone who wrote a bad review on this site about having ants living in the walls and how maintenance is no where to be found, and then all of a sudden the office decides to sent out fliers about maintenance checks. To bad the guys never showed up. They just left filters outside everyones door. Tenants pay their salary, why aren't they doing their jobs.
