I received nothing from the office to guide me through my moving out process except a letter in the mail stating what I owed them. The people there were very nice throughout my entire stay, but the way in which they treat you when you are leaving erasing any good word of mouth that I would have had. I am glad to be leaving the Hermitage and I would never recommend it to someone I speak with.
