The office staff is nice to you when you first come in to lease an apartment but when your in...they don't care about you anymore. I have lived in many apartment communities but this is the worst. The customer service is terrible. The office always has the phones on service (an answering service that takes messages for them). So, you can never get in touch with anyone in the office. When you finally manage to get in touch with the staff they are unhelpful and give you attitude. The business center is only open during office hours...which are horrible by the way. They will also close the business center 15-30 minutes before there office closes. When you get back from work, the office is closed. So, what's the point of paying an amenity fee and rent every month' Why isn't the business center open 24 hrs like other apartment communities'
