I have lived in a two bedroom at The Hermitage for almost two years. My apartment is standard but my neighbors leave me alone and I haven't had any maintenance issues. I leased here because of the location and the grounds. They have a large pond with a little bridge over it.

I've read the other comments and haven't had any issues with ants but I am on the top floor. Parking also has never been an issue for me. I like that I don't have to use a parking tag. Overall I'm happy.
