I have lived with my roommates here for a few years and have to say that mgmt has gotten worse and worse. The office staff turnover is very high and the communication to the residents is very poor. Its unfortunate things as simple as letting the residents know about policy changes and lease issues can get distorted. I knew someone who did a lease change got it approved, but then the office lost the paperwork and threatened to evict the ones who stayed without any notice or phone call. Its a nice property and a good location. But the management seems more concerned over enforcing their power than simple customer service and parking is an issue (why we dont have decals, I don't know). I wouldn't recommend this property due to the nightmares you will have to deal with.
