Pretty Nice Place

We've been living in a 1 bedroom apartment at the Hermitage for a few months now and it's a pretty nice place to live. I can't comment on the move-out situation because we're still living here, but everything else has been fine. We've had a couple minor maintenance issues, and they were both taken care of right away. We live on the top (3rd) floor, and a few days after we moved in there were ants. I can only imagine what it must be like living on the ground floor. However, we bought double-bait ant traps about a week after moving in and we haven't seen any ants since then.
The apartments are in good shape (they were built in 1988 or so, but they look almost new) and the grounds are nice. There is no assigned parking, and depending on where you live you have the option of parking in a garage. The garage fills up quickly, but parking isn't usually a problem except for late at night on the weekends.
Overall, it's a good place to live depending on where you work. If you don't have to commute east towards the city in the morning and west to come back home in the evening I'd reccommend it. Otherwise, you'd probably be better served living somewhere closer to a Metro station.
