Let me first state that I've been living here for almost a year and it was great at first like I read some of these reviews, but after that just went downhill. Maintenance was really quick at first and would fix your problems the next day, however now it takes a couple of days and even a couple phone calls to even get someone to come out.

ALSO and this is HILARIOUS. They will no longer sign for "BIG PACKAGES". What kind of crap is that' First of all UPS has never once stopped by the apartment to knock on the door, I've been at home a couple of times when the delivery was made directly to the leasing office and now the office won't even sign of big packages. So tell me where is my stuff suppose to go' That's ludacris.

I was contemplating staying for another year, but they are raising my rent by almost 5% and get this they will not give me 'the special' that new tenants are getting which is almost $200 less a month for a year. Don't you want your tenants to stay' I guess not.

Noise is a big problem like someone previously pointed out. The insulation is very poor and you can actually hear every word someone says upstairs.

The grounds are poor. I understand leaves fall off in the Fall/Winter but come on hire a contractor to pick up the leaves, also no one picks up there dog SHI*! Come on people animals can get diseases this way by passing it along to other animals.

Lastly, about safety if you like receiving a message on your door about once every 2 months about possible 'peeping toms' and/or seeing cops every now and than and a helicopter circle your development than by all means rent here.

If your smart like me you'll go somewhere else. Trust me I will move 5-10miles further away from work and be stuck on 66 for an extra 15 minutes and live in a better development than stay here another year.
