This has to be the worst run apartment complex in Fairfax County. When I first moved in i thought the place was decent, but my opinion has gone downhill fast. First, the Faifax County police have been to my apartment numerous times to coduct "neighborhood crime canvases." With this, I can honestly say that the tenants this place attracts are questionable at best. There were about 10 people living in the apartment next to me, until they fled one night in early November. Apparently management has not figured out that they are not going to pay their rent, because notes from them have been piling up on their door for almost two months now.
The construction of this place is also suspect. I live on the thrid floor, and the stairs wobble all of the place, and look like they are going to give way on a daily basis. Apartments also lack inslation, and you will get a nice shot of cold air through your windows all winter long.
Finally, right in time for Christmas, the office stopped acepting packages of any size. Most people in this complex work, and are not able to be home at normal delivery hours to receive pacakages. I had to go to Fed Ex in Herndon to try and pick up a package for my roommate who was out of town, only to have Fed Ex send back the package because my address on my licsence didnot match my apartment address.
In conclusion, the only redeeming aspect of this place is that it is close to Wegmans. Otherwise the office staff are morons, the apartments suck, tenants are shady, and they treat renters like crap.

You are right on so many levels. This place is absolutely terrible. I wish all the renters new of this website and would post there thoughts on this crappy place.

When he moved in the place accepted packages -- so things change, if that's not a concept too difficult for you to understand.
