Let me first say that when I have a chance I will be taking pictures of areas of the community that are just falling apart and the trash area that is just cluttered with trash all over the place and the grounds that are poor and cigarettes, poop and paper that is left around.. none-the-less.. READ ON!

This place is seriously the worst place I have ever lived in. I cannot wait to move in a couple of months. If you do not live on the top floor be prepared to hear your neighbors upstairs pee, hear every conversation and every movement across the floor and shower.

If you look at some of the buildings paint you will see it falling off and if you look at the grounds there is nothing but dog ---- everywhere. A girl in our building was held to her will and almost raped by somebody but got away. Right in the freaking stairwell! The lighting here is absolutely TERRIBLE! More recently half the buildings electric went out and get this it wasn't every fixture in the room. The living room had electricity and the tv was on and playing fine, but nothing else would turn on. They blamed it on Dominion and it took about 2 hours to fix. Dominion's fault or not at least when you call there emergency line tell the tenants you'll have someone out to look at it. The buildings were in pitch black, how safe is that'

There is also a dog that some woman keeps off a leash and will storm right towards your pet. I told the lady if it ever came up to me or any of my dogs again that I would kick it away. She had the nerve to give me a rediculous look when you should have your dog on a leash to begin with.

You will have constant maintenance issues, which you constantly need to call for them to put in a work order for them to come by and fix, which is never fixed properly.

Lastly, the staff is shady and stupid as can be. There is a guy that works there that is oblivious to the world. You can say something to him and he'll just ask what you said again. Like dude open your ears and listen and to the previous poster, he/she is correct. They no longer take packages! Your suppose to take packages because your doing a service for your tenant. We PAY THE RENT, NOT YOU! Idiots.

The only good think is there is alot of parking, but than again when it snows they don't properly plow nor plow the stairwells so have fun parking on ice or finding a place in the underground parking.
