Ok so here is the problem with the Hermitage that I have. First, size is a factor. Yes, you have the option of rooms, however, the pricing sky rockets. Also, how come I have have to pick up my dogs poop but it doesn't seem like anyone else does. I have to play hopscotch so I do not get poop on my shoes. Not to mention they don't always replenish the bags on the bag holder.... Towing is also something I love... the fact that they contract a tow truck guy to come by and decide that your car is not parked right and he can tow it away, oh let's say at 3:30 in the morning!.... and you have no idea. Good thing none of us work around here so not having a car is no problem. I pay my rent on time everytime.... I feel that there is no break for people like that. My washer and dryer are probably from 1970ish... and trust me it smells that way. Our doors are drafty so don't set your couch near there... of course spacewise there is no other place to put it. I have lived at worst places... try my college apartments... YIKES! However, if I am paying so much money.... shouldn't I be living in some grand place' I am think of breaking my lease for something better.... so if anyone knows someone that needs a place for the next 6 months.. please respond..... if not... I'm out of here!
