Let me first say the first 3 months here were great, we had no problems except the occassional maintenance issue which was promptly fixed, however that changed very quickly. We received 2 notices on our door in a matter of a month of an attempted rape and a peeping tom looking into windows on the bottom floors. This does not make me comfortable just because I don't want my fiance walking the dogs out at night, the lighting is also terrible here.

The noise here is terrible. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Sitting down, closing the fridge, going to the bathroom, walking, etc. People party here at least once a week and are up at all hours of the night. At least have some respect for your neighbors, come on.

The building is literally falling apart and paint is chipping on the outside. The grounds are poor and as you can see from my pictures there is dog poop everywhere, even on the non-animal side, people throw there cigarettes in the grass and don't properly dispose of them.

The only good thing is there is tons of parking, which is probably why there is tons of parties. Some of the staff is nice, Julie is exceptional, but some of the staff are not really that bright.

They no longer take packages, which is beyond me, we are paying the rent, you should allow us to have that service.

I have attached pictures of the cigarette litter. Our lease ends this month, so if I were you I would consider elsewhere even if there is a great 'deal' going on.

Are you serious? If you want a home where you can not hear your neighbors, maybe you should buy a single family home in the middle of 100 acres, or move to a deserted island? We live in an apartment complex, you will hear your neighbors. Also, the neglect of animal owners and smokers really are not the problem of the management. This place is great, they have always been very tentative to my maintenance needs, there is tons of parking, and the landscape is beautiful.
