Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
if your on a budget, go ahead and rent here... but as you, you get what you pay for. the only thing great is parking and there is ample of it. other than that I do not see anything great about living here other than parking, the vicnity that its near everything and price (even the prices have gone up considerably) so it's almost considered not even being budget worthy. needless to say ill be looking elsewhere when my lease is up in 6 months.
