I enjoyed living there...

I moved out a few months ago after having lived there for two years, and I was sort of sorry to leave. The only real problem I had was when they repainted the balconies, they must have screwed up somehow, because it took three weeks for the paint on my balcony to dry (it only took a day or two for the landing). When I realized that my a/c wasn't working at 9 pm on the 4th of July, they sent a maintenance man over within the hour. I didn't expect anyone to come out in the evening on a holiday.***

I liked the grounds, and I never noticed a lot of dog poop on the ground. I lived on the side away from the parking garage, and I really didn't see many dogs on that side. The tennis courts were usually available when we wanted to play, and the gym, though small, had some nice elliptical machines.***

I moved after the "no packages" rule. That would be annoying to anyone who works during the day.***

On the newsletter we got, it was always clearly marked not only when rent was due, but also when rent was late. Seriously, on the 6th of the month, they wrote "RENT IS LATE"...hard to miss.***

The washer and dryer were by no means new, but they worked fine. The oven in my apartment was new or newish, and I miss it compared to the old one I have now.***

In reading these reviews, I hardly recognize the apartments where I lived. I don't think that you get a broad spectrum of residents posting here, only the ones with an axe to grind. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Well I am sure experiences vary, and I am sure you were lucky on that 4th of July when they fixed your a/c, last summer my ac leaked for 2 months and when they finally responded and fixed it I went back home from work to find out I cant shut it down and it was freezing cold and when went to the office to report it they said you have to wait till the next day. so what do you call that ??
