OMG let me just start off with the fact this place is worth maybe $500/mo for a 2 bedroom not $1500!!! Where to start! OK the leasing office! Anytime there is any issue you get "I understand ma'am let me see what I can do" 10 days later NOTHING! The maintenance is terrible doesn't speak English and hmm just come in your apartment with no warning knock on the door or anything. What else, oh people do NOT pick up their Dog Poop which discussed me and for those of us that DO pick it up we have to avoid stepping in other area's plus hello does maintenance not work weekends the trash for dog pooh is always full by mid day Saturday and not emptied till Monday after 9 am! This is gross on so many levels one being my balcony is NEAR it and it STINKS! We have college kids that LOVE to party sing in Russian out side our windows at 5 am 3 nights a week and the leasing office has yet to do anything about that! The washer and dryer ruin our clothes, and they have "fixed" them 5 times and yeah well they still ruin our clothes. The door you can see outside if it is unlocked because it doesn't seal right, the lights outside rarely work. Parking is a disaster, I had to park at the shopping center last night because there was not ONE parking space because they allow people to STORE their cars and motorcycles and not move them for months, but God Forbid you park in a "no parking" area you'll get TOWED. They do NOT know how to shovel or maintain the ice, I have slipped 4 times this year! It is just terrible I have had utilities bills over $300 because they say my furnace/AC works just fine.. hmmm then why do I have a $300 electric bill! Oh what else... they are just terrible and the leasing office is terrible. Oh and the "fitness" center so they call it SMELLS there is no ventilation in there! This is just a terrible place from the quality to the service! I would pay people to NOT live here!

Why would you expect to NOT be towed if you park in a no parking zone?

I would pay people to not live here too!! Oh.. this place a mess! It is a disgusting, festering piece of crap!

I've lived here almost 2 years. I work evening shift and often get home after midnight. I have never found ALL the parking spaces gone. Sure, there are some nights that I have to park a little farther from my house, but I have always had a place to park. And, when I do have to park "far" away from my house it's still not that far, this place is not that big.
