This has to be the WORST place in Fairfax. You need to look around more and not be fooled about the prices. The staff may seem nice at first and the place may look pretty during open house... but this place is a dump. Dog poo everywhere and trash- I wonder if people really work around here! Also, watch your step during the winter if ice or snow falls... they dont clean or salt the grounds in a timely manner. I am pregnant and I fell a few times around here due to the ice!!! Terrible! Also.. these building are SO old. I think they were built about 20 years ago and got remodeled, but some of these buildings have a serious mold issue going on! Gross. The whole place is terrible... spend the extra money on a nice apartment and be happy where you live. You sign the lease for a whole year... you will hate your life after the first month if you move here!!!
