I've lived here almost a year. Don't listen to the other reviewers who are complaining. I love it here. Great location, great price, and quiet. That is what I love the most. I never hear my neighbors. The only problems I've noticed is that in the winter the ice gets really bad and they need to take care of it better. I slipped and fell down some steps outside. The only other thing is parking... If you come after 10pm at night, be ready to park quite a ways from your apartment.
All in all, it's a great place and I will be renewing.
