I lived in the Hermitage for 2 years and loved it. When anything broke, it was taken care of within 24 hours. Grounds are kept clean and pool is great. I'm in my mid 20's and shared the apt with a roommate and we had a really good experience. Not glamourous but a short drive to the Vienna metro and close to the mall/shopping etc.

My only complaints would be the hike to the garbage (is a long haul during winter months) and the children at the pool (the lifeguard let them run around and makeout in the water).
