I've lived here for 2 yrs and for the most part, it has been a pleasant experience. Parking is great, so is maintenance.

The few things I didn't like:

1)The heating/cooling vents in the apartments. OMG... it was like gale force winds blowing in the place. I suggest you check that out when you move in and have maintenance reverse the registers. Also, the heating/cooling unit is loud. Idk why, but I would always turn my TV up when it came on.

2)The trash area.... gross. I feel really bad for the tenants that live directly in front of it. Trash will just pile up, up, up... It seems as though they've tried to get a grip on it, but it's not working.

3)Not sure why, but some of the newer residents seem a little sketchy to me. Lately, I've felt a little less than comfortable when coming home late at night and taking my trash out in the evening. I hope they aren't lowering their standards for tenancy and another "idk why", just in general, none of the tenants seem all the friendly. Maybe it's just the area.

That's it for complaints. The office staff is fine, a lot better than some I have encountered. The grounds are nice, the area is nice. The only reason I'm moving is because I have found better rental deals in apartments that are just as nice. The one I'm moving to now tops this one bar-none and I'll be paying a lot less than what I do now.
