I am a single career woman and have lived at Layton Hall for three years. The apartments are affordable and have the basic amenities. The location is convenient to almost everything. My building is clean and quiet; My neighbors are cordial and non-intrusive. There is a rich diversity of people in the community, giving the feel of a small town. The office staff is consistently responsive and REALLY friendly. These are neither new nor luxurious apartments, but they are roomy, clean, and reasonably quiet. The maintenance has been very efficient and parking is WONDERFUL! I plan on staying here for a couple of more years until I buy a house. I highly recommend it. It is budget priced and comfortable!
