If you have another choice, please choose other one . I lived for 4 years
there. from the beginning till end we had bugs , roaches , ants . almost every 2 weeks we had pest control . If you need to pay your neighbor utilities that is good place . If you want to have noise from neighbors it is wonderful. all around apartments had cracks and nobody cares . IT was built 1955 ,I guess, probably at least needs to be remodulated . 62 years without enough maintenance you can imagine what you will get . OObs I forgot ,very nice Rats that never been eradicated for several years It is up to you . G.H.A just wants their money out of it . the rest, who cares '. Be kind to yourself not the place to live . Excuse me If you want your car be hit and run it is the best place too .

This place is really awful. I've lived there only a couple months, but we've had our car door-dinged, scratched, and basically devalued because the parking spots are so small and most people are driving beaters. I'd park next to the nice cars to try and get SOME protection, but they're hard to find at Layton. Move on if you care about your valuables.
