I've lived here for close to two years now. The bugs are progressively getting worse. Started off with Roaches now has a bed bug infestation. The management company is really not doing much to solve the problem and not will to help with the infested and ruined furniture. The extermination (eagle pest management) comes by every two weeks, which requires you to move all your furniture and empty your kitchen of everything, puts down a powder that does not do anything. Please save yourself the hassle and look else where for an apartment.

We're not allowed to stay in the apartment when it is treated so how do you know what they do? The bug guy won't even start treating my apartment until I've left. Do yourself a favor, do a little research on the growing epidemic of bed bugs in the USA. You should be mad at your neighbors who bring the bugs into the building, and not the people who are trying to fix the problem. And if you don't think the office people aren't doing anything, who do you think sends the exterminator to our apartments? Do some real research so you know what you're talking about. The bed bug problem is all over the internet and local news (airports, taxis, hotels, dormitories, nursing homes, etc.). Be mad at your neighbors, the rest of us are thankful that someone is trying do something about it. No one likes the problem and we're all mad as heck, but put the blame where it belongs - the jerks who bring the bugs home. I hope someone makes these people move out. I won't even put our luggage in a hotel room until I've thoroughly inspected around the bed and wall. I invested $40 in a protective mattress cover my friend found on line. A lot cheaper than replacing a nice mattress. Something's working because my wife and I haven't seen any bugs.
