The most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever lived in. Frequent changes of office staff and/or staff with poor English speaking abilities. Unwillingness or inability to enforce their own regulations, such as parking. Took them months to get their parking policy started and even now, unwilling to enforce it. Residents who live here have to compete for parking spaces with multiple visitor vehicles, often seeming to be abandoned. Once you sign the lease, forget it! Rental office hours change without notification to tenants, especially irritating as we approach Christmas, and now their hours are shorter. Maintenance is okay, but with this first snow storm, NO shoveling of snow on walkways. Had to do it myself! If you need anything from the office, they?ll tell you to "put it in writing" and then you get some written response telling you why they cannot do something and no apology. Unlike other complexes, you will not see any of the office management staff walking the property; too lazy or just don?t care' Oh and one more thing, the most poorly designed garbage dumspter you will ever see. Trash piles up all the time: mattresses, furniture, you name it. And you?ll love the sound of garbage trucks cruising down Post Forest Road starting at 5am until 10pm every night. Please consider elsewhere, especially if you are an adult and don?t want to be surrounded by George Mason college students and all their visiting friends or people who speak little to no English.
