I believe that everyone has the right to voice their opinion but lets be honest. Most of these comments are untrue, I know because I live here.

I have lived in this community for almost 2 years and despite a noise issue, and my running toilet, I have had a GREAT experience. My issues were taken care of as soon as I reported them, and the office even gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok.

The rent is high in Northern Viginia, not just Fairfax. You pay for location, if you want to pay less, you need to leave the DC area. Plus, all of the communities around this one have the same rents, believe me I did my shopping before I chose my apartment.

With the parking, you are allowed 2 cars per apartment, not 1 1/2 (that's just silly). I just registered my vehicle and they gave me a copy of the policy.

The dog poop can be a problem but if the people who had the dogs would pick up after them then their would never be a problem in the first place. What kind of dog owner walks their dog and doesn't pick up after them, they're going to have to walk their dog again the next day. You'd think they wouldn't want to step over their own dogs poop.

My husband received a package, UPS never came to our door, they just left it in the office with no notification. The office called us the same day it came in to make sure we knew it was there.

I think that alot of the comments on this site are from people who get their kicks from complaining. For all those people, you can have this site. A message to those looking for a place, just know that I'm going to form my own opinions, and not let a group of whiners make my decsions on where to live.
