The staff was very helpful during my move in process, which was a blessing since I moved from out of state. Now that I am a resident, they still give me the same attention (Greeting me when I come in to the office, getting my packages for me, etc.). They hold resident get togethers every few months, I went to the one this weekend and they handed out Valentines and served smoked salmon. I love that they started the free DVD rentals, when you work from home it's nice not to drive to Blockbuster if there's nothing on tv. My apartment has few problems and I love the area. Overall, I have had a great experience and like living here.
