The apartment was beautiful, but not worth the hassles. There is no security since the gates stood wide open 9 of the 12 months I lived here. I had a peeping tom one night and the management did absolutely nothing to change security or warn other residents. The walls are extremely thin... you can hear everything going on around you. Management repeatedly sends out letters to "warn" that they are going to enforce the rules, but they never do. Parking is not adequate since this is one rule they don?t enforce. They make impromptu visits with less than 24 hours notice... I think someone came to "check the filters" every single month. Sorry, but I don't think they need to be checked that often. They did not enforce the pet clean-up outside... I could not open my windows in warm weather because of the stench.



When you move out, they make up reasons not to return your security deposit (i.e., an unpaid water bill, which was in fact paid, and I happen to have the returned check).



There are plenty of beautiful apartments available in this area... go somewhere else!!!
